Returns & Exchanges

At Velvet Caviar, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original Velvet Caviar packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
